- Imagine nothing changes and we are still in this Covid period. What would happen, and where would the organisation be in 12 months time?
- How will your 5 year objective for your business adapt?
- Is your business expanding or contracting?
- Will your business continue to work remotely?
- Is your business premises fit for purpose?
- Do you need to sublet your existing premises to generate an income?
- Has your business process changed?
- How do our competitors handle this? Do we want to be the same, or different from them?
As we enter 2021, with Covid and Brexit still rocking our markets. We must remember that #adversity brings #opportunities and it is how we handle these situations that allows us to grow.
