With almost 20 years’ experience in the Commercial Property Market, I’ve worked for Vail Williams, BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Jones Lang LaSalle Limited. I’ve also acted for a wide range of clients from major pension funds to private investors, small businesses and individuals.
While on secondment with Refinitiv, I gained a new perspective on standard agencies and an insight into alternative ways of operating and cultures.
Responsible for handling their EMEA portfolio (which included 66 countries) I advised on the full cycle of Real Estate from acquisition, dilapidation, rent reviews, serving notices, lease negotiations and project management. During my time I acquired new offices in Madrid, Stockholm, Beirut, Nigeria, Vienna, Helsinki, Nottingham, and Luxembourg.
The pandemic has taught many of us a thing or two, particularly about how we can do business. At this pivotal moment, I’m keen to share my corporate knowledge with my clients, whilst offering a more personal dedicated service.

JONATHAN TRICE, MRICS
I am part of a team that is fast becoming one of the South Coast’s most respected real estate advisors.
The way owners and occupiers view their real estate is changing and with this change comes the opportunity to add value – we understand this, and so do our clients.
With 10 years of experience in the Commercial Property Market, I’ve worked as an Associate Director for Jones Lang LaSalle Limited, Knight Frank Investment Management and Land Securities.
My focus was predominantly within the Capital Markets team focusing on the Central London market, with a specific focus on commercial asset classes including office, retail and leisure.
I advised a varied client base of private investors, established property companies and institutional funds on the acquisition and sale of assets as well as asset management and development strategies.

Meet Our Graduate Commercial Surveyor
ED ROBERTS
I’m a recent graduate of Oxford Brookes University where I studied Real Estate BSc and achieved upper second-class honours. Shortly after turning 18, I completed a week’s work experience in London with CBGA Robson. I credit this experience as the first time my eyes were opened to the built environment and since then my interest in property has blossomed.
My passion for commercial agency was ignited whilst learning about the industry within my commercial property module at university. I have always loved business from an academic perspective and can see how this has transferred into my preference for dealing with commercial clients.
I love how my morals and beliefs align with Omega’s, their emphasis on integrity and ESG principles are what initially drew me to the business. I look forward to working alongside the team on our journey to become the South Coast’s best commercial real estate advisors.
