Commercial Agency Surveyor
Omega RE are looking for a Commercial Agency Surveyor to join our growing team! We specialise in advising commercial landlords and tenants on the acquisition and disposal process, development consultancy, and portfolio optimisation. You could be the person to help us get to the next level!

What we are looking for
- 3-4 years of industry experience
- Recently or nearly qualified as MRICS
- Experience in either a leasing agency, investment agency, L&T or a combination
- The ability and ambition to take the lead on client relationships
- The confidence to create, present and try new ideas
- A keen interest in ESG
- The ability and tenacity to ‘find a needle in a haystack’
Our offices are in Southampton and a full UK driver’s licence and car will be essential
