On behalf of ABP provided disposal advice to reposition the scheme to include; identifying USPs’, rebranding and development advice. Prior to completion secured a challenger bank who were seeking to acquire their first office outside of London. We focused on providing a unique offering which was heavily focused on their key objectives; how to attract talent.
Worked with the full professional team to create an exceptional office, where their staff would be happy to relocate from London to.
