We are very proud to announce that our Omega RE is growing once more with the addition of Kamran Sufizada.

Kamran will be supporting Nella Pang, the Managing Director of Omega RE, and her team as a Research Analyst.

Kamran has recently finished his business course at Itchen Sixth form College, achieving distinctions and high grades in most of the subjects he applied himself to.  Kamran is obsessed with staying organised, self-motivated, particularly towards his goals,

Kamran comments “I’m extremely eager to learn and grow with Omega RE and continue to develop and improve skills and the experience at Omega RE will be useful in the future.

Joining Omega RE has really given me the option to do things outside of work, giving me a good work/life balance, which means I can still carry on going running without feeling exhausted by work.

Nella Pang adds: “Kamran taught himself English 6 years ago. He is very hardworking and already day two, asking how he can learn more and improve his skills.”

Nella continues: “I believe that everyone deserves an opportunity. We are supporting the next generation to help them obtain experience in the property industry.

The Kickstarter scheme is great for employers to give people like Kamran an opportunity to get experience in the working environment. I am really optimistic that Kamran will flourish in this role and I am really looking forward to supporting him in his first steps in the property industry.
